About me:
I live in the beautifull Pacific Northwest. I have been working in Orthopaedics and Sports rehab for nearly 15 years as a Physical Therapist. I am currently training for Seattle Rock and Run marathon (for Finn ), for the big team Run For Our Sons.
About my family:
Being a very active family that enjoys skiing, biking, and running, we were devastated to find out that our dear friend Finn had been diagnosed with Duchenne. He is practically family to us and he was just diagnosed last year. We've tried to be good positive support for him and his family, especially his mom . It is still hard, and I think that your heart never does stop breaking, all you can do is just smile, hug and be there. I want to do what i can to support them and your organization. I believe PPMD has significantly helped my friend to make it during this difficult time based on hope.
