About me:
I have been blessed for the last 8 years working as a wellness coach. I work with individuals, families, and corporations to create a program of proper nutrition, physical activity, and stress reduction. Adjusting to these healthier lifestyle choices has shown to help families get happier, healthier, and employees more productive.
About my family:
My wife and I have two daughters aged 5 and 18 months. Fortunately they are both healthy. I came to the PPMD community as a participant at the Walt Disney World Marathon to raise money for a boy with Duchenne.
