About me:
I am a 29yr old mom of two boys, Brogan 5 DMD, and Liam 2. They are my everything. I work full time at a daycare where I take of "my" 10 other babies under the age of one. What other job can you have where all you have to do is take care of babies all day, I love it!
I have had a crazy almost 3 years since Katrina, but everything seems to be finally getting a little normal again. We finally moved into our new house the first week of August. I have been married to my husband Clayten for two years, but we have been together for nine this past October. We have been through alot more than most couples our age but it has only made us stronger. I never would have thought my life would turn out this way but I would not have it any other way.

My Favorite Quote

It is easy enough to be pleasant when life flows along like a song
But the man worthwhile is the one who smiles when everything goes wrong
For the test of the heart are the troubles that always come with the years,
And the smile that is worth all the praises of the earth
Is the smile that shines through the tears.

Keep on smiling for our boys!

Hi Michelle!, I just realized that I didn't answer to you. Would love to meet you! Are you planning on going to the PPMD meetings?

Hope all is well, Leslie

Hey Michelle & Clayten,

I'm really glad I came with my daughter on Sunday to meet you and your family. I enjoyed talking with your mother-in-law because this was the first time I had someone that actually could share what I'm feeling. Hope to see you and your family again soon.

Hey!! I just talked to Ray and he said that Clayton is working with them tonight! I was just telling Ray that I got a random voicemail this afternoon from you...the phone call was from a few days ago!! I didn't have a missed call though! My phone is sucking right now! I usually can't make any calls out and only sometimes do I get a call or a message. I am about to go and watch a movie with the kids, but I will call you tomorrow from my house phone...it is working now. I just hope we don't lose power again from Ike...aparently not all of the utility poles were secured and started falling again with these winds we are getting!! AHH! Storms go away!!! LOL!

Can u email me at jkeenan70@hotmail.com so I can have your email address? I have some good news I wanted to share in a more pirvate setting. Thx.

I have been thinking of you since before the storm. I texted Rhiannon and asked about you and your family and then saw your msgs. on here! (I need your cell #, so I can text u 2 in times like that=) I do hope that all is well for your family--I was praying for you (and all the others there) and told others to pray for you as well. My heart was just aching for you, esp. knowing that you had just barely moved out of your FEMA trailer!! Hope to hear from you soon!

Well, I hope you start feeling like your young self again! LOL! I need to get Ray to download his pictures of the boys too. I'll send them to you when he does. LaPlace is fine with me. There is a cool Hibatichi bar there, but it may not be the best for conversation...I will ask some of my co-workers that live in LaPlace of any good places. My company has an office there, it is super nice...I could ask if we could use it afterhours to sit and talk. (They have sofas and chairs). I emailed Lori, she said to give her a few weeks notice and she will make plans to come too! Yeah! I am waiting for Jessica and Kim to email me back and we can set a date and figure all the details.

Hey Michelle,
Sorry we didn't make the party. We were planning on leaving from our camp in Manchac but it was storming so hard we couldn't leave. You have to get to the land by boat. We difinately have to get together another time. Maybe we could all meet in NO some time. Talk to you soon, Jess Rownd
