About me:

I am a retired (32 years) teacher from the Birmingham City School System in AL. I grew up on Long Island and my husband is from LA we met here in AL. Currently, I work for Sylvan Learning Center.

About my family:

I have 2 children, my daughter, Amanda, is 29. She works in finance and will be married next month. My son Josh is 23 years old and has DMD. Currently he lives independently in a National Handicap Housing Institute apartment in MN. He receives 24/7 care through ASI. Josh is currently going to college.
