we go to Childrens in Seattle. There are a lot of other families in this area with boys, your boys ages. Check out the facebook group. It is a great place to connect and ask questions etc. I am not involved in any support groups other then the Faces group. If you want to meet for coffee some time message me. My son is 18 and we have been through all the emotional roller coaster events over the past 13 years. HUGS to you both! Aimee and Katie.

Katie, I'm not involved in any groups right now. It is very hard but I stay busy to try and keep my mind off of it. We just got a prescription for a wheel/scooter for my 8 year! I have the days I just break down...

Is anyone giving their kid creatine monohydrate? I'm bummed because GNC discontinued the orange tablet my kids have been taking since diagnosis. The new one they have is a beefed up blend that includes creatine. Not too comfortable with that. Anyone tried that or another kind?
