This is so that you can keep a journal, or ledger, of what you are giving your child. Keep track of what medications and supplements they are taking, dates started, dates taken off them, comments, observations, etc. Basically, keep notes of what is going on so you can keep track of everything. Who knows, maybe someone will see what you are giving and ask you how you feel about the drug/supplement. Or, someone may read that you took your child off of something because of adverse affects that you observed, helping that parent to make a better decision.

What ever the case, this group will help you and others…especially new parents joining us on this journey.
