Which exons are to be skipped for deletions in exons 46-47 ?
My son aged 4.6 years has been diagnosed with DMD recently. He has deletions in exons 46-47.
We doesn't know whether it is in frame or out of frame and whether part of or whole of the affected exons are deleted.
Anyone got information on this is highly appreciated.

In your case, 45 is the exon you son would want skipped.
