This is sad, but we have not had to watch Seph's diet too much yet (I will regret that one day), BUT, my teenage daughter...that is another story. We are from Louisiana and we love our seasoning. Our favorite is a spicy blend called Tony Chacherie's (that is Sas-sha-re). We just found a NO SALT version of it that is awesome! you can't even tell the sodium is missing! I highly recommend it as an alternative to salt. It is not a fiery hot spice, just a good blend of spices to add a little flavor to any food...
