I see you are up early today. I am trying to get ready so I can go into work. I always try logging on in the morning to check on things and then rush off to work.
Been thinking about you and your family.
Take care,
Julie
Your baby is beautiful! Try not to go too crazy while waiting for Keaten's results. I know, I remember, it's really impossible to NOT go crazy...my son's DMD diagnosis wasn't that long ago. If Keaten shows positive for DMD/BMD be assured now is really not the worst time in history for this disease, especially for babies. Things are progressing nicely with researchers and bio-pharms. Something surely will work before Keaten reaches the age of 10. For the "older" DMD/BMD boys (my son too)...well...we just don't know. I am keeping all my fingers and all my toes crossed that something by way of treatment or cure pops onto the scene soon. For your son and mine.

I will call you sometime during the week since that is the best time for you. Last week was a short work week and Monday and Tuesday will be hectic for me so most likely after that. I hope you are doing well.
Take care,
Julie
I am in the Sacramento area and not far from UC Davis. I can meet you out there for the appointment if it is in the morning and not a busy work day for me. We can talk about that in person.
You will not know what is going on until you are able to see doctors who will run more tests. Take one step at a time. I know it is easier said then done. The one thing I can say, Keaton is young and there is a lot of very promising research going on right now.
I will try contacting you during the week since that is the best time for you.
Take care,
Julie
The California group has a lot of information please join. If you have a child affected you can get a medical baseline discount with PG&E. You just need to get the form from PG&E and have the doctor sign and send back to PG&E.
Take care,
Julie
