my son has deletion of exon 45-47 , which exon skipping will be eligible for .. does deletion of 45-47 cause DMD or BMD ..

45-47 should result in an in-frame deletion which should result in BMD.  In that case, exon skipping would provide no benefit to your son.  There's a discussion about in-frame and out of frame deletions here:
