About me:

My son, Sam Fogleman, died of DMD, October 2008, at the age of 20. I have learned to live with all the changes brought about by the disease and each stage brings new challenges including this new stage of dealing with his death. I am trying to keep his memory and all the lessons he taught me alive for the reminder of my life.

About my family:

My husband, Kent, and daughter, Shayna (Sam's twin sister) live in Sunnyvale, CA. My daughter is going into her senior year at Univ. of CA, Davis. We are all doing our best to build a new life for ourselves without our precious son and brother.
