I am the Program Director of PPMD's new initiative for women's wellness: HerSelf First: Helping Women Reconnect, Reinvest, Rediscover. I am excited to be a part of this exciting new endeavor and look forward to working with the many, phenomenal women in this community.

I am the daughter of Helen Moeschen, an exceptional woman in every single way, and the younger sister of Pat Moeschen, a middle-school music teacher and DMD advocate with Becker, muscular dystrophy.
