I may have the deletion details wrong. Doesn't seem to matter at this point anyway, there is no activity whatsoever involving trials to skip rare exons. 6 years ago I would have thought by now we would be well beyond exon 51, but even that is still not complete.
I'm watching the ACE-031 trials, utrophin upgregulation and Sildenfil with more interest. Exon skipping is simply too slow to matter for my boy, who is nearly 13 now.
