Hi Jessica, great to hear from you.  Exon skipping and stem cell treatments are promising as well as other approaches to cure or treat Dmd. Many therapies are being researched or even currently applied to slow the progression of Dmd and symptoms.  Will you be attending the conference in Florida?  These were very helpful to us. It is nice to meet kind of a neighbor.  I grew up in Hudson WI.  All my best to you and your family.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if i can help at all.  Tom

Hi Jessica, I just wanted to welcome you to PPMD.  They are a great organization with wonderful supportive people that have been a tremendous support to my son and family over the years.  I am so sorry to hear of jaxson's diagnosis.  Please know great strides in treatments and research have happened these last few years that offer great hope for Jaxson.
