Emotions & Boys with DMD

Hi, My name is Donna Gluck. I am conductiong research on boys 8-12 that live in Il. and have DMD. I am almost completed with gathering the data and will be publishing soon. (I hope). About me:
I am a doctorate Student @ NIU, and conducting research surrounding emotions of boys with DMD. Ages 8-12. Seeking participants (mom & son) for my research project. My point is to raise awareness for these boys. I can be reached at 630-353-0697. If you or anyone you know in Illinois that may be interested. I will mail additional info to them.
About my family:
My children are grown and moved out. l was raised with two younger brothers and a nephew that had DMD. My involvement with DMD has been since I can rememeber, over many, many years. I have seen this disease through the eyes of a child, sister, and aunt.

Hi Donna,
We're in llinois, my son Cole turned 8 in July. Where do you conduct the interviews? We'd be interested in participating if we're able to find a good time to come up, we're about 4 1/2 hours south of Chicago.
