Dear Sticky Candi,
Yes, one day you will get your shit together and you will wrap it up in a cute little box with ribbons and a bow, and you will save it for that oh so special occasion when you can fling it upside some jerk's head. And then you will clean up the mess and start over again.
I think you are trying to take on more than you can handle by starting the day with your kick-ass attitude, "here I come, look out world", "hear me roar", etc.
Just meow a little, stretch, think about one or 2 goals for the day and concentrate on that. Force yourself just for those things, like actually getting to the shrink. The rest will come when you can see what you can force yourself to do. Treat it like homework or going to the dentist or the gynecologist (never recommended on the same day!). Nobody likes it, but it's got to be done.
You are in a rut and it's hard to get out, but you will do it, bit by bit, not all in one leap. And you will fall on your butt, like we all do.
But we/you can do it.
Sweetie, it's time to get your head outta your own butt (said like your kindergarten teacher). It's dark in there, and you need to come out into the light.
Andrea
How are you doing Candice? Any more progress moving forward, or are you a bit stuck again? Let me know if there is anything I can perhaps help you with ( like I'm some kind of expert or something!)
I thought you might enjoy the picture attached. For those of you who are sensitive to harsh language, then don't look at it! You have been warned.

I hope it made you smile, even a little bit, for a nano-second.
