"Thank you Blazena. I had never heard about negamycin or Arbekacin. I knew of course about gentamycin, but ruled it out in my mind because of the well reported adverse effects. My son has a nonsense mutation and we have been waiting for nearly nine…"

Hi Blazena,i am so down about this today, i wish ptc would talk a bit more about their plans for these trials.There has to be a way to get access to this drug when they are at stage 3 trials, iwas planning to go the states with my son if it comes out there first.
