- i got diagnosed with duchene muscular dystrophy at age 3 and now i am on wheel chair,then i got diagnosed with severe LV dysfunction with an ejection fraction of 20 % in october 2014 and also suffering from severe and persistent constipation since i started heart medication.my fluid intake is restricted to 750 ml a day and its kind of hard with 90-100 F temperature nowadays
