My son is 3 1/2 with deltion 48 and 49 at least. when was your son diagnosed and what symptoms did he have?
Thanks
Evelyn
fred is 11, he went off his feet quite suddenly after a fall may 08; i find it hard at times coping with him physically, but he makes it easier being mainly a happy lad
fred is my youngest child, my others are 21, 19, 17... 2 girls and a boy, all unaffected by dmd
i think fred is doing quite well, his heart and lung function seem ok at the moment.... the doctors are quering his bone density, so he's had scans and bloods, just waiting to hear back
in september fred starts his senior school, it's a main stream school with a special unit that give extra suppport to kids with physical disabilities. it's a big step, all new kids... and a new school uniform, blazer and tie!! he's so not looking forward to that !
you take care x

hope you and your family is keeping well xx
It was great to see you and Jason. Jason does look good. Nice to meet Josh and his future bride too!
