It's a ceiling hoist (I'll dig out a better picture), and our mum has a cold and so can't visit frankie as normal. When someone has a cold we literally banned them from the house!! So she had to talk to Frankie through the window, lol

What kind of lift is this? We are hoping to get something like this in our new home once its built.
