Some rides can accommodate guests who must remain in their wheelchairs.   • CoverKids, Children's Health Insurance Program
    This program provides health insurance for eligible children who have no health insurance and are under age 19.  Financial eligibility is based on family size and income.

  • Children's Special Services (CSS)
    CSS may provide comprehensive medical care for children with chronic physical disabilities from birth to 21 years of age. Diagnostic and financial eligibility criteria must be met to participate in the program. The CSS program is coordinated through the local health departments in all 95 counties in the State of Tennessee and provides resources for medical and non-medical services.

    TennChoice provides eligible adults with physical disabilities Home and Community Supports and Services allowing them to remain at home and in the community.  Individuals with disabilities that meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria and financial eligibility based on income and resources may be eligible for appropriate supports and services.
