  • Nevada Check Up (NCU) Children's Health Insurance Program
    NCU provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 who have no other health insurance coverage.  Financial eligibility is based on family size and income.  A quarterly family premium between $25 and $80 is also based on family size and income.

  • Katie Beckett Eligibility Option
    The Katie Beckett program provides Medicaid benefits to children under age 19 with disabilities that meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria allowing them to remain at home and in the community.  Parental income and assets are waived and financial eligibility is based on the child's income and assets.  There may be parental financial responsibilities based on their income and resources.  The cost in providing covered services can not exceed the cost for institutional (Nursing Care Facility) care.

  • Medical Assistance for the Aged, Blind and Disabled (MAABD) Program
    The MAABD program provides medical services to financially eligible individuals with disabilities that meet Nursing or Medical Care Facility Level criteria.  Appropriate Home and Community Based Services are provided to eligible individuals allowing them remain at home and in the community.  Programs are available for children and adults with disabilities based on need.
