- Maine Children's Health Insurance Program (MaineCare)
MaineCare provides health insurance to children under age 19 and parents living with children under age 19 who meet eligibility based on family size and income (Assets are considered for parent coverage).
- MaineCare Katie Beckett option
Children under age 18 with a disability that meets the Social Security Administration definition, require Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria and meet income and asset requirements (Family income is "waived" or not considered) may qualify for MaineCare health insurance.

- Consumer Directed Physical Disabilities Services
The OADS Physical Disability Services offers three consumer-directed programs designed to support adults with physical disabilities. These programs are offered state wide and are designed to maximize independence to support people to remain in their homes. Services include attendant care and personal assistance. Eligibility is based on medical and financial guidelines.
- MaineCare Private Health Insurance Premium Benefit (PHIP)
This program pays the premium for employer or private health insurance coverage for an eligible individual who is covered by MaineCare, as deemed financially feasible.
