    This children's health insurance program provides coverage to uninsured children through age 18 based on household size and income.

  • Medicaid Buy-in Program for Children with Disabilities
    Provides Medicaid benefits for children under age 19 who meet the Social Security Administration definition of disabled based on household size and income.   Some families may pay a monthly premium based on household income.

  • Children's Home and Community Based Services (CHCBS) Waiver
    Program provides case management, personal care and attendant care services to children under age 18 who meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria.  Financial eligibility based on child's income and assets.

  • Elderly, Blind and Disabled (EDB) Waiver
    Provides adults over age 18 who meet Nursing Facility Level of Care criteria supports and services to continue living in the home.   Services include home modifications, personal care, attendant care, supplies, equipment and medication management.   Income and asset limitations apply for the individual.

  • Health Insuance Buy-In Program
    Health Insurance Buy-In (HIBI) is a premium assistance program for Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) members. It sends monthly payments to you for all or a portion of the cost of your commercial health insurance premiums, and in some cases also reimburses you for deductibles, co-insurance, and co-payments.
