  • State of Alabama Independent Living Waiver (SAIL)
    Provides Home and Community Based Services to qualifying individuals over age 18 who meet Nursing Facility Level of care criteria.  Services include case management, personal care and prescribed medical supplies and assistive technology.

  • Health Insurance Premium Payment Program
    Premium assistance may be available for families who have Medicaid eligible children and are covered by an employer's health insurance or COBRA.  The program reimburses families for their premium coverage costs for the Medicaid eligible child and in some case for the family.
