Dear All if we change  sex of   duchenne boys into a girl . Does girl will have same disease or she will died at 20-30 age what will happend on later age . what possiblities. any one has done .

Hello. It would make no difference at all. The boy would remain genetically a male ("xy" chromosomes). The DMD mutation is in the dystrophin gene, located in the x chromosome. Sex change procedures do not alter the genetic make-up of a person.
