What do you think about this research?

As I understand it well then stem cells don't seem to be promising solution.

As I am not expert I would like to hear other opinions.

Thank you, Michael.

I think stem cell is promising but many yrs way from trials

Michael the article you posted does come off in a negative light for stem cell treatments by themselves. However, DMD will need to be treated with a combination of drugs and therapies. The article talks about muscle stem cells having "problems in reacting to cellular cues or signals from surrounding cells" many of the drugs in clinical trials today will help restore that cellular signal environment to make stem cell therapy a more effective solution.

Thank you for all the information. To me all the workarounds with stem cells seem to be question of many many years.
