Hi all,
With the death of Stephen, the 13 year old boy from Texas, so close to the marathon weekend, I was trying to think of a way we can honor him. I have cut up about 100 red pieces of fabric that people can wrap on the arms like an arm band, to honor Stephen or any of the other boys who have lost their fight. I will have them at the pasta dinner and we will spread the word discreetly. We do not want to necessarily talk about what has happened in front of the other boys, young and old. look for me at the pasta dinner.

What a great idea, Jenny!! What a wonderful way to honor this young man and all others who have lost their battle with this disease. I would love to be there and humbly wear this red armband--I will be cheering you on in thought back in Houston!

Hi Jenny.

That's a very nice idea and very nice of you to think of honoring those who have passed.
