Where do you get Protandim? Is GNC brand good? In addition, how do I know the dose I should give my son and what does Dr. Wong say about Protandim?

Sorry so many questions!

Thanks
Darcy

I buy mine at GNC and now give 1 pill. I used to only give 1/2 pill, but changed a few months ago to 1 pill per day. Dr. Wong was ok with it when she reviewed Kelvin's supplements last week. He is turning 7 and weighs about 50 pounds. If you buy it with a frequent shopper card at GNC during the first week of the month, you get like 20% off, it helps. I think you can buy it direct too, there is a code folks use to get a cheaper deal. I forgot it so haven't ordered it from the company yet, but if someone responds, I probably will, it is easier and cheaper maybe. Michelle
I just bought Protandium for my son in July. I ordered from this dealer on Amazon.com - it was cheaper than ordering directly from the Protandim website (I actually ordered from Protandium first, then found this deal and cancelled...same product). I couldn't get the Protandium code to work...if it does then it may be cheaper from them directly??? I didn't check GNC's price - I do use them for CoQ10. I copied the info from my invoice so you can see the details and compare prices. I give Nicholas 1 capsule per day (he is almost 13 and weighs 98 lbs). I personally haven't talked to Dr. Wong, but I know some other parents that have and I talked to a few that have also noticed positive results. My son is older, so I honestly have to say I haven't seen any physical changes, but hopefully it will be having some internal benefit! Good luck :)

GNC is $49.99. With gold card the first week of the month, it's $39.99. So it's virtually identical. As for the original question of how GNC's compares . . . Protandim is Protandim no matter where you buy it. Only one manufacturer, unlike some other suppliments.

We go directly to http://www.protandim.com/. If you do the one time order and enter the code "friend" and use USPS shipping the cost is $33.95. I know it's a pain to order each month but it does save some.
This is also where we order from. I usually order 2-3 bottles at a time. You also earn some kind of "points" with each other and can use the discount (a dollar or two) on subsequent orders.

Our son will be 9 in January. He's been taking one tablet a day since he was 5. No side effects. We notice his calves become harder after giving him a break from it for a few weeks. They soften back up when we resume it a few days later. I buy it a a local GNC store and try to buy it the first week of each month fo rthe reasons jerry stated above in his post.

If anyone out there still needs to order Protandim, here is a link.  I am a Duchenne mom who has recently signed up as a distributor to help spread the word and can also get you the $40 price on autoship.  I can also ship overseas to parents who are unable to get it.  Oxidative stress only makes our boys condition worse.  Please let me know if you are interested.  Thanks!   www.mylifevantage.com/tgriffin

Hi.Can somebody tell me what the active ingredient in Protandim that helps DMD is?

Is it Bacopa,curcumin,...?

I think the main ingredient that has the anti inflammatory effect is the tumeric.  Char Burke

trying to get the discounted price but need to have a distributer.... anyone in the community who reps Protandim ?

What is Protandim suppose to do?

I'm no scientist but I think I am careful observer. I've been giving my son Protandim for about 1 year, every few days or so. We started it in hopes that it would help manage some very long, painful cramps in his legs.

He hasn't had a cramp since we started, even small one.
