I use the Philips Respironics Trilogy has an internal and detachable batteries last about 6 hours+ but I have an extra battery just in case.  I use it with a mouth piece (pipe) or nasal mask you don't have to have a tracheotomy. If you already have trach you can come off it. ask your doctor.

My son has the Pulmonetic LTV 1100.  It works great.  He uses it via mouth to take breaths and with his mask.  It also has a battery life of 6hrs. And an internal battery of 45min.  He also air stacks with it.
