Nicotinamide riboside

I read a lot lately about vitamin Nicotinamide riboside and I was wondering if anyone ever tried this on child , and in what doses?

Thanks a lot for these useful information. Our son is 5 years and we are about to try this one, but we didn't sure could it be taken with steroids ? Could you provide us with the email address of prof Johan Auwerx ? Btw, where do you buy the supplement ? Any link ? Thanks in advance!

I think he Will advice you to take 250mg daily, but if you notice in the article that i added is writen:

This rather speculative interpretation agrees with the results in Study #1 that the most effective dosage is higher than 250 mg, but lower than 500 mg per day.

Conclusion: Most people will require more than 250 mg of NIAGEN per day to realize the maximum possible increase in blood NAD+ levels, with 500 mg likely being sufficient.

It is the right dose between them, I dont know.
