My 6 yr old son likes to ride bike but he is slow and some time needs push.

Can we put motor for regular bikes with traning wheels?

and which stores can do it.

I asked Toys R Us and they did not know anything as such.

Thanks,

amrit

Hey Amrit: You want to get ahold of Laurie Paschal. If you look up her profile you might find her post with a link to the motor that she put on her son's bike.
I added an electric conversion to my son's 16" bike (with training wheels). I purchased it from http://www.werelectrified.com. It is the BD-24. It's currently on sale for $199. That's $150 off the regular price, so I would highly advise buying now if you're interested.
Hi Laurie
Thanks for the info.
Can i ask you following question?
1) How old is your son?
2) Since when is your son using it. Basically i want to know how long will be useful? Bec it looks little expensive.
Also we live in cleveland oh, where summer is too short.
Thanks,
Amrit
Sam is 7½ now. He's had it on the bike for about half a year now. Not sure how long he'll be using it, but I can foresee at least a few years. He could have used it before age 7, but it took me awhile to find what would work for us and then actually install the thing.

There are specail bikes you can buy know where your son would be sitting down just like in a paddle boat. And it also is motorised for when he is tierd and where there are hills. I just bought one for my son Hunter who is 7 know. Here is a link
