We are developing a patient-centered project utilizing telehealth (high-quality, televideo communication via home computers, iPads, smart phones, etc) for patients with DMD and their families.  Telehealth may be able to overcome problems related to distance from the DMD clinic, access to school, connection with friends.  Telehealth is not meant to take the place of your relationship to your medical team, but it may actually help to improve their availability, reduce trips to the clinic, and provide other support.

To develop this project best, we need your input.  Please consider visiting the on-line survey site.  There is a site for parents:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1nErIsarZHL54H3bXWmLrlgO6nIlmzCLcxZ...

And a site for young men with DMD (young men under 18 must have their parent's approval):

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ANOTYx7_M4xDgTheiu14Hr8DOuDQEHZFvM...

It will take only a few minutes to complete.  You may also type in your own answers (which might take little more time depending on how much you write).

Thank you in advance for considering this request.
