My son who is now 6 years old and in last may we found that his two exons has been deleted i.e. no 47 and 48. I wanted to know is there any one with same deletion. and what are they currently doing for this.

Dear Parimal
if i am right, it seems deletion of exons 47-48 could not result in stop of dystrophin production!
if these two have been deleted, exon 46 could fit in exon 49! and no need to skip any other exons!

Do you know any clinical trial or medicine for this as exon skipping is still under trials
