I'm so sorry to hear you are having to deal with a divorce on top of everything else. Try to remember:
1. Take care of yourself - get sleep, love your kids, eat well and exercise
2. Don't put the kid(s) in the middle - refrain from talking badly about the other parent; unless there is abuse, let the kid(s) enjoy their relationship with the other parent; don't pass messages to the other parent through the kids.
3. There is life after divorce, no matter how it feels now.
