By accident I found two sites that offer Ataluren
NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC USE.
http://www.selleckchem.com/products/PTC124.html
and
http://www.biochem-partner.com/goods.php?id=42
A little bit strange for me I wonder if an individual may buy it.
Anybony knows how the trial "Study of Ataluren for Previously Treated Patients With nmDBMD in the US" ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT01247207 is going on?

Looks like a complete scam... The trials are still ongoing so the drug wouldn't be available to purchase from a website like this.
The trials are are still going on. They are open label safety trials. The drug is still not approved and can not be purchased from a web-site like this.
I've seen similar scams about ACE-031 available for purchase from various muscle / body building web sites. They are preying on our emotions to expand their markets. You'll be lucky if it is only a sugar pill.
These are companies that produce compounds for experimental purposes only. So if you worked at a university lab, you could purchase some to experiment with. I'm guessing it's a legitimate compound, but it's not manufactured under any sort of guidelines that would allow people (or animals) to consume it, beyond maybe some MDX mice or something.
